WHO ARE WE ?

We are T-Shirt Fundraiser Inc., a Canadian based Company. We have dedicated ourselves to help support youth in Canada. To date we have raised over $450,000 for youth groups across Canada.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK ?

Each player participating in the program will be provided with FREE brochure (SEE SAMPLE). The brochure explains how the fund raiser works, shows all T-shirt that are available and has an order form. The adult T-shirts cost $11.00 and are sold for $20.00. The Youth T-shirts cost $9.00 and are sold for $15.00. Your Team or League profits on the difference, since you are buying the T-shirts direct. (GST applies).

WHAT ARE THE T-SHIRTS LIKE ?

The T-shirts are of high quality and are made of heavy weight cotton, double stitched, crew neck and generous sizing. T-Shirt Fundraiser takes pride in their T-shirts, therefore quality will never be compromised.

ARE SAMPLES AVAILABLE ?

Samples are imperative for successful Fundraiser therefore packages will be available for each Team participating. The package will consist of: 1-youth M, 1-adult S & 1-adult L. The sample package helps increase sales since the buyers can see the quality they are getting for their money and also helps with sizing.

DOES THE PROGRAM WORK ?

- Lakeshore Lightning Girls Hky over $5,200.00 dollars
- Miss. N. Mosquito AAA Baseball Club raised over $1,000.00 dollars
- Halton Hurricanes M. Atom A raised over $1,450.00 dollars
- Cambridge Hawks Mite Selects raised over $1,450.00 dollars

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Money must be collected when the order is placed with the player. (This is not a problem since the players are only selling the T-shirts to Family & close family friends).

Coaches are responsible for collecting the T-shirt orders with the money.

Each team or League will be provided with a brochure for each participant, a master order form, Team order forms and a Tally sheet to help you add the orders together. A grand total for the T-shirts must be tallied by the team or league on the master order form provided.

When the order is placed a 50% deposit is required and the balance paid on delivery of the T-shirts. The cheque should be payable to T-Shirt Fundraiser Inc.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery for the T-shirts (should only take four weeks).

All orders are shipped F.O.B. from our Toronto warehouse or pick ups can be arranged.

Each Rep Team will receive a Rep Package & will be shipped & billed direct. Each Rep package consists of 18 brochures, order form & tally sheet.

WHEN CAN WE START ?

You can start your fundraising campaign at any time, but you should keep the following dates listed below in mind.

If you run a Christmas Fundraiser, have all orders placed with us no later than November 25th, this will assure Christmas delivery.

If you run a Spring Fund Raiser you should start your campaign in June or earlier and have all orders placed with us by July 15th. This will allow all orders to be delivered by August 15th at the latest.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES ?

You would get a high return with little sales with nothing to loose in trying the Fund Raiser.

You collect your money upfront.

Parents don't have to get involve in the selling since the kids don't have to go to door.

The campaign runs for only a two week period.

The buyer of the T-shirt is getting a quality product at a fair market value and at the same time helping to support their Team or League.

TOURNAMENT PACKAGES

For the participates in our Fundraiser we are offering you a tournament package. If your team or league is hosting a tournament, a tournament package will be available to you so you can sell T-shirts at the tournament on consignment & raise additional funds for your team or league. The Tournament Package will consist of 80 assorted T-shirts. We select the T-shirts according to sport, popularity & size the T-shirts according to the age group of the tournament.

These T-shirts will be individually bagged and you will only be allowed to return T-shirts that are still in the bags. We would require only a $200.00 deposit up front and the only additional cost you may incur would be the shipping charges of sending the unsold T-shirts back. We suggest discounting any remaining unsold T-shirts on the last day of the tournament so that you wouldn't have to send any T-shirts back.
